2010 Safe Families Symposium

The Georgia Department of Human Services, Division of Family and Children Services is pleased to announce the Safe Families Symposium to be held September 27-28, 2010.  The latest in a series of statewide training and technical assistance conferences, the Symposium is an opportunity for front-line workers, supervisors and community-based service providers involved in providing services to children and their families to expand their skills in the area of assessment-driven, family-centered practice.  Hosted by the DHS Promoting Safe and Stable Families program, this year’s offering includes workshops and training led by national and state child welfare experts.
